How does it work?

Once we verify that this is the first time you've made a purchase with us, we'll take 10% off the price of the items on your order. If you pay with Paypal, we refund the 10% when the order ships. If you pay with a credit card, we only charge (capture) the discounted amount. There is no discount on shipping.

What about customers that order all the time? Aren't we sort of getting screwed?

No way. After you've been a customer a while, you'll be given the opportunity to login as a loyal customer. The average discount for loyal customers is 11%. It could be more. It could be less. It totally depends on what you're buying. If you've made multiple purchases and still aren't getting the loyal customer discount, call or email us and we'll make sure you do.

I'm having trouble creating an account.

  • You must have your browser set to accept cookies. Unless you've changed it, all browsers are set properly as a default.
  • You CAN NOT use your email address as a username.
  • You must enter the required information, then click on the SAVE button. Fields in bold are required.
  • Once you click SAVE, you will be taken to the Storefront and at the very top of the page you will see a welcome message. If there's an error, it will tell you what the error is and let you correct it.
  • If you still can't get it to work, call us and we'll help you create your account.
