Big News for the Red States!

The 48 contiguous states  If you place an order over $100 anytime on the weekend or Monday before noon, we guarantee* you will get it no later than the following Friday no matter what state you live in and the shipping is free. No exceptions. The map below shows the time for normal UPS ground shipments. For example, if you live in Oregon, normal UPS shipping takes 5 business days. If you place your order on Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday or Monday morning, we will make sure you get your order by Friday. To do this, we will use UPS 3 day Select at our expense if regular ground service wouldn't get it there until the following Monday. Orders placed after Monday at noon Central Time are not guaranteed to arrive the same week but the shipping is still free as long as the order is over $100. Shipping for orders under $100 is always paid by the customer. Alaska, Hawaii, APO, APE and Puerto Rico If we use Priority Mail, the shipping is free on orders over $100. If you specify United Parcel Service or any other shipping method, you pay for the shipping. Shipping for orders under $100 is always paid by the customer. International Orders You pay for shipping in all cases. We use primarily USPS Express Mail and UPS Expedited Service. We will not ship any order with a value of more than $50 via USPS regular airmail or via Global Priority Mail. If you place an order over $50 and specify regular USPS airmail, your order will be delayed until we contact you. If we haven't received a reply in 4 days, your order will be cancelled. If you place an order for $50 or less and specify USPS regular airmail, you agree that it could take up to 45 days for your package to arrive and that no claim will be accepted prior to that time. While Express Mail usually takes from 3 - 10 days, we cannot file a claim until 30 days have passed. All Express Mail packages are automatically insured for $100 or the value declared, whichever is less. Depending on your location, a general guideline for Express Mail cost is $30 for the first pound and $5 per pound after that. If a package is returned as undeliverable or refused by the customer through no fault of ours, the customer will bear the full cost of shipping. *Our Guarantee for the 48 contiguous states If you place an order over $100 between noon Friday and noon Monday, we guarantee that you will have your parts no later than the end of business the following Friday. This is assuming that you gave us a good address. If the package is undeliverable for any reason, the deal is off. If we fail to do what we say, we will put a $10 credit on your account that can be used for any purchase in our online store. We reserve the right to change this policy without notice.
