Return Policy:

U.S. Customers Only

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item with the exception of opened kits within thirty (30) days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new and unused condition inside its original packaging. It is always best to contact our customer service department at 800-321-9909 before returning anything.

  • All returned merchandise must be in new and resalable condition
  • You must have the original packaging for the item
  • There cannot be any writing on the packaging for the item
  • You must include a note explaining the return. Also include your name and address.

Please send the item(s) back by a traceable source such as UPS, or USPS with tracking. We can't be held responsible for lost return shipments.

To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please call our customer service department immediately. Once an item or an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

All products with the exception of opened kits, properly returned under this policy, are eligible for a refund or exchange. We will refund you the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any shipping costs that we incurred to ship your order (this applies for free shipping items as well) unless the return is a result of our error.

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.

Damaged in Shipment

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not dispose of the box or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied it is complete. If your item is damaged you must contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt of your order to file a claim. You must save all of the packaging materials that were used for the shipment.

International Orders

All international orders are exempt from our standard return policy. We do not accept returns for international orders unless you contact us first. If your international shipment arrives damaged, we will work with you to exchange your item for a new item.
