Free Shipping
We offer free shipping via USPS Priority, UPS SurePost or UPS Ground, which ever one is lower cost, if all of the following conditions exist.
- The order, after discount is over $100.00. That is after discount. If you are getting a 10% discount, that's $111.11
- The package isn't oversize.
- The order is being shipped to a location in the U.S.
- The customer chooses Item 1 in the shipping method list.
If you would like to receive your packages only via USPS Priority, contact customer service and we will add a note to your account. You will have to pay the difference if Priority Mail is more than the cheapest rate.
If you would like to receive your packages only via UPS, contact customer service and we will add a note to your account. You will have to pay the difference if UPS is more than the cheapest rate.
Shipping on orders under $100
Shipping cost on orders of less than $100 will be billed at the rate shown on the order as long as the customer has chosen a valid shipping method AND the package isn't oversize.
If the customer fails to choose a shipping method, the customer will need to be contacted before the order ships.
International Orders
Customers in other countries are responsible for all shipping costs. International orders will not be shipped until all funds have been received.
We will not ship orders with a value over $50 via Airmail. Orders over $50 must go via Express Mail or UPS.
If the actual shipping cost is less than that shown on the invoice we will only charge the actual shipping cost and refund the rest when we ship the package.
If the shipping is more than that shown on the invoice we will contact the customer at the email address provided.
