Tail rotor troubleshooter

It spins no matter what I do.

The tail holds the general direction, but hunts or wags ( goes back and forth)

I can't change the gain

I can't change from Normal mode to Heading Hold mode

The heading drifts

When I try to lift off, the model spins around then seems normal.
