Store Help

Browser Tip:

When scrolling through a long list of parts and you want to put something in your basket, after clicking on the Add to Basket button, hit the backspace key or press the Back button and it will return you to the same place on the list.

How do I Login?

There is a link at the very top of the Storefront page or you can click on the Account tab now.

Put your username ( login ) in the Login box and your password in the Password box. Click on the Login button or press enter.
Your login can NOT be an email address.

Setting your Browser Options

  • If you are using the PDF version of a Part Finder, in order to keep from opening a ton of new windows or tabs, be sure to set your browser options so links from external programs open in the current tab or window. Here’s a picture of the setting in Internet Explorer 8. Other browsers might look slightly different. Open these boxes by clicking on the Tools menu in your browser.
  • While you are in your browser option window, make sure you have cookies enabled. Click on the Privacy tab and make sure the setting is no higher than Medium High. This still allows you to control who stores cookies on your computer. It is the default setting. You shouldn’t have to worry about it unless someone has changed the setting.

Why are International shipping rates so high?

When you checkout, you are really only authorizing a charge to your credit card or paypal account. No money is actually paid until we “capture” the funds.

If we left the shipping at $0, we would need to call you to get your credit card. We will only charge you the actual amount of the shipping. The amount we actually charge to your card will usually be less than the total when you checked out.

When you place an order through the online store, we never see your credit card number.
