Using Paypal at Ron's Heliproz South               

 

If your order qualifies for free shipping the order total is the amount you send. If it doesn't qualify or you aren't 100% sure it qualifies, please wait for an email from our shipping department that will have a total. If you won't be near your computer, please follow the procedure below.

• Estimate the shipping charges using www.ups.com or www.usps.com , add them to the total and send that amount to paypal@ronlund.com. I would appreciate it if you would send a few dollars more than you estimate and I will refund any extra, usually within 24 hours. If you are short a couple dollars, the paypal fees eat most of it up. Don't forget, the shipping weight includes a box and packing material.
  
  

It's always best to wait for an email with your total. This works well if you are near your computer all day. If you haven't heard anything by about 11am Central time for orders placed overnight, or an hour after you place your order during the day, it would be best to call 800-321-9909 to find out why. Anyone who answers will be able to help you.

Once you get use to the way we handle Paypal, you'll probably like it. I know it isn't the slickest way, but it works and since we don't have a fixed shipping charge, it's the best we can do for now.

To get through the payment process, choose Paypal as your method of payment. You still need to put a  "card" number in to go on. Copy and paste 4111111111111111 into the card number box. Put your name in the  name box and some date in the future in the expiration field.

If you don't send the money within 48 hours we cancel the order and return the items to stock.
