If you need to replace only this sleeve, chances are good that you will need to upgrade your whole main gear stack.
Align hasn't shipped this part in quite a while. It still shows on their website, so they might ship some later, but it isn't likely.
To upgrade your main gear hub, purchase one of the third generation hubs such as the HN6064BA AND a H60020A Auto-rotation gear.
Buying the H60139A alone will NOT work.
