Are you open to the public?: Yes we are. We would appreciate it if you scheduled your visit for Tuesday through Friday in the afternoon. If that isn't convenient, come by any time during business hours and we will do our best to help you. In the morning we are scrambling to process the orders that came in overnight and might not be able to give you as much attention as you deserve.
Is Express Mail really $100?: Not usually. Here's how it works. If you've ever gone into a gas station and paid at the pump with a credit/debit card, by inserting your card in the pump, you authorize the gas station to charge your card up to, let's say $100. If you only put $35 in your tank, the station captures $35. When you get your statement, you see the charge for $35. There are times when it's more than $100. In that case, we will contact you via email. The general rule is about $40 for the first pound and about $10 per pound after that.
